Rick Knee reported yesterday that The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has just granted bail to Josh Wolf. This has been a good week for Wolf, who earlier in the week, was told that SPJ would be donating $30,000 (the most ever awarded to a single case) from the Legal Defense Fund. SPJ also convinced his lawyers to cap his legal expenses at $60,000 and see his case through at least the appellate process. Jounalists attending the national convention also raised approximately $2,000 to assist Josh with his living expenses.
