   We’ll find out more of what this all means as time progresses. I guess the SEC is saying the law only clarifies a law that is currently in play when it comes to insider trade secrets. But my question to that is, why does it need clarification?

   What’s more, can they really be trusted to be honest?

   Good points, Hal. Time will allow us to pinpoint the extreme gray areas of this exemption and how the SEC will use these to its benefit. I can only hope watchdog journalists continue to make requests to the SEC and challenge the reasons why they withhold information under this wide-ranging exemption.
