About the video… I think it’s brilliant. Video is my favorite medium for storytelling and these guys have got it! WE have to come up with new ways to get new members and keep them! My only question is… How do we top it?

And I love what *you* do for SPJ – you’re my favorite board member (including myself). But I have two quibbles:

First, it’s not hypocritical for me to call for board members to be banned as committee chairs just because I got roped into one. I’m willing to surrender the title if everyone else does. I’m sure you have a more compelling counter-argument than, “Well, *you’re* doing it.”
